If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, write to support@echoteka.ai within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
How it works
- Send the email of your account and, if you have it, the order number from the Paddle receipt. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle through the link in that receipt or at paddle.net.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to the original payment method within 14 days of the request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- The credits of the refunded pack are removed from your balance.
Failed masters
If a master fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any right you have under the law of your country, including the rights of consumers in the European Union.
