An iZotope Ozone alternative for Suno tracks
Ozone is the reference mastering plugin — a full toolbox for people who master in a DAW. If you make songs in Suno and do not use a DAW, here is how Echoteka differs, and when Ozone is the right tool.

When iZotope Ozone is the better choice
- You master in a DAW and want full control. Ozone gives you every module by hand, from EQ to the Maximizer.
- You master many tracks for years. A one-time plugin purchase has no per-track cost.
- You want to learn mastering. Working module by module teaches you what each step does.
When Echoteka fits better
- You don't have a DAW. Echoteka runs in the browser: upload the Suno download, get the master.
- Your song comes from Suno or another AI generator. The cleanup step targets the metallic ringing and watery highs these models leave behind — see AI artifact cleanup.
- You release now and then. One full master a day is free, and packs start at €9 — not hundreds up front.
- You want a result in minutes, not a session. Choose a platform target and get a master with a before/after report — see what the report shows.
What we found in Suno exports
We measured 248 Suno exports uploaded for mastering. Most are not too loud for Spotify — the median is −14.3 LUFS and only 6% are louder than −10 LUFS. The bigger issue is dynamics: 40% have a loudness range under 5 LU. A good master for a Suno song is less about loudness and more about clean highs and controlled dynamics. Full data: Suno loudness report.
Compare them on your own track
- If you have a DAW, start Ozone's 10-day trial and master your track with Master Assistant.
- Master the same file on Echoteka with today's free master.
- Measure both in the free LUFS checker, then compare them at the same loudness. A louder file always sounds “better” at first — match loudness before you judge.

Is there an online alternative to Ozone?
Yes. Echoteka is an online mastering service: no plugin and no DAW, just upload a WAV or MP3. One full master a day is free to download, with no account.
How much does Ozone cost?
iZotope lists Ozone 12 Advanced at $499, with a 10-day free trial, and includes Ozone in its subscription (checked on 3 October 2026). Check iZotope's site for other editions and current prices.
Which is better for Suno songs?
If you do not use a DAW, Echoteka: it cleans the metallic ringing and watery highs of Suno exports and masters to a measured loudness target in the browser. If you mix in a DAW and want hands-on control, Ozone is the more powerful tool.
Is Echoteka affiliated with iZotope?
No. iZotope and Ozone are trademarks of their owner. Echoteka is an independent service by ECHOTEKA Ltd., Bulgaria. Facts about Ozone on this page come from izotope.com and were checked on 3 October 2026.
